Which option is best for me?
Want to start, but you’re not quite sure which option is the best for you? No worries, we are here to help!
In both independent studies and online lessons we offer a flexible learning platform for you to use. There are a number of different course options for you to start, depending on your level of Finnish language.
Independent studies
Independent Finnish studies mean that you can study anytime, anywhere! You only need your mobile phone or a computer to get started.
In independent studies you set your own pace and can take all the time you need. You do have the teachers support available all the time though!
Start with the basics, if you have little to no knowledge of Finnish language. If you already now some Finnish, you can join the intermediate courses. In advanced courses you take your skills to the next level and practice conversations as well as voicing your opinion in Finnish.
Online lessons (guided studies)
Our guided Finnish studies are perfect for you, if you want to attend online lessons and learn practical Finnish!
You can start from the very beginning and join Module 1 (CEFR 0 – A1.2), if you have little to no knowledge in Finnish. For the optimal learning experience, we advice you to continue your journey all the way to the last Module 6 (B1.1 + strenghtening), but it is not compulsory.
For students who already know some basics, there is an option to jump right in to Module 4 (A2.1 – A2.2) and continue up to Module 6.
With our competent teachers guiding you, the studies are interactive and practical.
The duration of each module is 5-8 weeks.
